The Carnival Conference Session (CCS)
The Carnival Conference Session (CCS) is an annual scientific meeting organized by the CCS Comittee at the department of chemistry at the University of Cologne. The CCS takes place on Wednesday before carnival at the department of chemisty at the University of Cologne.
Fancy dresses are welcome.
The concept of the CCS is to cover the broad range of chemistry by invited lectures and by a poster session. The lectures are given by researchers without a permanent professorship. The poster session is open for any member of such working groups. The attendance of CCS is free of charge and open for researchers, students and any interested audience.
